How to create a consistent AI influencer
The character-bible method for keeping an AI influencer's face, hair, wardrobe, and voice identical across hundreds of videos.
Consistency is a writing problem first
Most AI influencers drift because every prompt describes them slightly differently. One day she has hazel eyes, the next day green; the necklace changes shape; the hair gets shorter. Viewers notice, and a channel that is supposed to feel like one person starts to feel like a casting call.
The fix is to decide who she is once, in writing, and then never paraphrase it again.
Write a locked character bible
A bible is a single paragraph that describes the character in concrete, visual terms: age, skin, freckles, eye color, hair length and parting, jewelry, signature outfit, posture, and voice. Specific details act as anchors that the video model can hold onto.
Good anchors are small and distinctive: a beauty mark above one eye, three gold huggies on the left ear only, a square initial pendant. Vague words like "pretty" or "stylish" give the model nothing to lock.
In ClickPop the Character Builder writes this paragraph for you from a niche, a city, and a few look choices, and stores it. Every render receives the same text, word for word.
Change the scene, not the person
Let the outfit and the place vary per clip, but keep the face, hair, and jewelry fixed. A per-clip outfit override is safer than editing the bible, because the bible stays the single source of truth.
Frame for identity
Full-body shots at a natural distance, a single continuous take, and a short spoken line give the model fewer chances to wander. Avoid crowds, mirrors, logos, and extreme close-ups, which are where faces and details most often break.
Checklist
One bible paragraph, never paraphrased. Three visual anchors. A fixed voice description. Outfit and setting as per-clip overrides. Six to ten second lines. Review the first five clips side by side before scaling.
