What is a credit?
A Seedance 2.0 Fast video of about 10 seconds uses 25 credits. Cinematic video uses more, based on the model. Fast video, cinematic video, and stills spend from the same balance. Script planning is included.
What happens if a render fails?
Credits are held when a job is queued and returned automatically if the render fails.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits do not expire monthly. When a new month’s credits arrive, unused plan credits roll over up to 3 months of that plan. Top-ups stay until you spend them.
Which plan includes cinematic models?
Supernova. That plan includes Seedance 2.0, 2.5, and Veo. Pop includes every Seedance model. Spark is Seedance 2.0 Fast and Mini.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Billing at any time. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.
Is there a larger plan?
Supernova starts at 6,650 credits, about 266 Seedance videos. The slider also shows 13,300 and 19,950 credits. For custom volume, invoicing, or SSO, contact us.
