AI UGC for affiliate marketing: a daily-post playbook
How to run an affiliate channel with an AI character: hooks, cadence, product framing, and what it costs per clip.
Why AI characters fit affiliate content
Affiliate channels win on consistency and volume: one recognizable face, one find a day, for months. That cadence burns out human creators. An AI character with a locked bible can post daily without the face drifting.
Open with a question
The characters that perform best open like a FaceTime call: "Okay, why did nobody tell me about this?" A question hook earns the first second, and the first second decides the view.
Keep the spoken line under about twenty words. Short lines render cleaner and hold attention.
Frame the product honestly
Use a plain, unlabeled product in hand when you are testing, and swap in real product shots in the edit. Describe what the product is and does; do not have the character claim personal results.
Disclose the affiliate relationship at the start of every caption.
Cost per clip
A Fast video of about 10 seconds uses 303 credits. A cinematic Seedance 2.5 video of that length uses 597 credits. Failed renders are refunded automatically.
At one Fast video a day, Pop's 2,500 credits cover about 100 Seedance videos.
The weekly loop
Monday, pick seven products. Tuesday, render two hooks per product. Review, keep the stronger hook, post one a day, and feed the winners' wording back into next week's premises.
