Terms of Service

1. Who can use the service

• ClickPop lets you design fictional AI characters and generate scripts, images and videos with them, and optionally publish them to social accounts you connect.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
• One free trial and one set of free signup credits per person. Creating extra accounts to collect more free credits is not allowed, and we may merge or close such accounts.

2. Ownership of generated content

• As between you and us, you own the characters, scripts, captions, images and videos you create with the service (your "Output"), to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-assisted work. We do not claim ownership of your Output.
• Some jurisdictions do not grant copyright to purely machine-generated material, so we cannot promise your Output is protectable or unique. Other users may generate similar content independently.
• You give us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, render, store and deliver your inputs and Output only to operate, secure and improve the service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for backups kept for a short period and records we must keep by law.
• Your Output is also subject to the terms of the underlying model providers we route requests to.

3. AI labeling and disclosure

• Every character on the service is AI-generated. You must disclose this wherever you publish Output, in the way each platform and applicable law requires.
• When you publish through the service, we automatically add an AI-content disclosure to the caption and turn on the platform's AI-generated label where the platform supports it (for example TikTok's AI-generated content label and YouTube's altered or synthetic content setting). Do not remove these labels.
• You must also disclose paid partnerships, sponsorships and affiliate links as required by law (for example the FTC Endorsement Guides) and by each platform.

4. Acceptable use

• No real people. Do not create characters or content that depict, imitate or can reasonably be mistaken for a real, identifiable person (including celebrities, public figures, private individuals or their voices) without their documented consent.
• Adults only. Characters must be clearly fictional adults (21+ in appearance). Nothing that depicts, sexualizes or appeals to minors, and no nudity or sexual content.
• No fake testimonials or deceptive claims. Do not present an AI character as a real customer, doctor, expert or user; do not invent reviews, results, before-and-after claims, or health, financial or legal claims you cannot substantiate.
• No impersonation, harassment, hate, violence, fraud, spam, election or political deception, or content that breaks the law or any platform's rules.
• No attempts to bypass safety filters, rate limits, credit limits or account restrictions, and no automated bulk account creation.
• We may remove content, pause automations or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content where required.

5. Connected social accounts

• You are responsible for every post published from accounts you connect, including scheduled and automated posts. You can pause or delete schedules at any time.
• We enforce per-platform daily posting caps and may stop posting when an account's login expires or a platform rejects a post. Platforms can change their rules or limit reach at any time; we do not guarantee views, followers or monetization.

6. Credits and billing

• Credits are prepaid units of usage. When your balance reaches zero, rendering and automations stop until you upgrade or top up; there is no overage billing.
• Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle; top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits for a render that fails are refunded. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. API use

Keep API keys secret. You are responsible for activity on your keys. We may rate-limit or suspend keys that are abused.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is and as available. Models, features and prices may change; we will publish price changes on the pricing page. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you create or publish.
